Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to Kampala for your overnight stay. The drive takes approximately 1–2 hours and offers your first glimpse of Uganda's vibrant atmosphere and bustling urban life. Check in, relax after your international flight, and prepare for the safari adventure ahead.

After early breakfast, begin the scenic journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park through rolling hills, banana plantations, and tea-growing regions of western Uganda. Stop at the Equator for photos and refreshments. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel — a natural waterway linking Lake Edward and Lake George teeming with hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and extraordinary birdlife.

Early morning game drive at peak wildlife activity — the best time to spot predators on the savannah. Search for elephants, lions, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, and hyenas. After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the scenic Ishasha sector, renowned for rare tree-climbing lions. The route showcases dramatic highland scenery, terraced hillsides, and dense tropical forests. Arrive and check in at your gorilla lodge surrounded by rainforest sounds.

This day is dedicated to the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience. After early breakfast, transfer to park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers before entering the forest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trek can take a few hours to most of the day depending on gorilla movements. You will spend one precious hour observing these gentle giants as they feed, play, and interact — an experience often described as life-changing.

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning before transferring to Kisoro Airstrip for your scheduled domestic flight back to Entebbe International Airport. The scenic flight offers beautiful aerial views of Uganda's forests, lakes, and rolling countryside — a fitting conclusion to your safari adventure.
