Murchison Falls Safari

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly received by your safari guide and begin your journey northwards to Murchison Falls National Park. The drive takes approximately 5–6 hours with a scenic stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary (optional) for rhino tracking and lunch. Continue through Masindi town and enter the park via Kichumbanyobo Gate, arriving in the evening at your lodge. Check-in, relax, and enjoy dinner while preparing for tomorrow's game viewing adventure.

After early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in the northern sector searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, and antelope on the open savannah. Return for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, proceed for a spectacular Nile boat cruise to the base of the powerful Murchison Falls — expect close encounters with hippos, crocodiles, elephants, African fish eagles, and abundant birdlife. The boat stops just below the roaring falls for incredible photography moments.

After breakfast and check-out, visit the Top of the Falls viewpoint where the Nile forces itself through a narrow 7-metre gorge, creating one of the most powerful waterfalls in the world. Enjoy panoramic views, photography, and the misty roar of the falls. Afterwards, begin your drive back to Entebbe International Airport with lunch en route.
